Am I allowed to smoke in my room or inside the hotel?
Smoking is allowed on the terraces and balconies, but smoking is not allowed by law inside the hotel. The boutique hotel is a non-smoking hotel.

Am I allowed to bring my pet? Does the hotel offer a dog care service?
Yes, your beloved four-legged friends are very welcome. The fee is 40 euros per night (excluding food). Upon request, we are happy to organize a dog sitter.

Does the hotel offer Internet connection?
Upon check-in, guests will receive the access code for the free WLAN, which is available throughout the hotel.

Yes, luggage storage is available at DasPosthotel.

Is it possible to arrange flowers as a gift?
We are happy to arrange flowers as a gift for you. Our reception team is always available to assist you. There is a 10 euro fee for this service.

Yes, DasPosthotel has a well-equipped fitness room and is open 24 hours a day for you. Use at your own risk!

Is there a church service in the area?
Catholic services are held every Sunday at 8:30 am and 7:00 pm in the deanery parish church in Zell am Ziller (subject to change). Our reception team will be happy to inform you about additional mass times.

During your stay, we are happy to offer you various mobile phone chargers free of charge, which you can get at our reception desk.

When can I check into my room? Is it possible to arrive earlier?
Your room will be available starting at 3:00 pm. We are happy to offer you the possibility of an early check-in (subject to availability) for a fee of 28 euros per person.

When will I be able to use the spa area?
All of the hotel's amenities are available free of charge once you have checked into your room. If you would like to use our spa before checking in, we are happy to offer you the option of booking it for a fee of 28 euros per person.

Until what time can I use my room on my departure day?
Your room will be available until 11:00 am on the day of departure. If you wish to stay longer, we offer the option of a late check-out (subject to availability) for a fee of 28 euros per person.

How do I reach the hotel from the airport?
We are happy to arrange an airport shuttle for you, and we ask you to book this well in advance at our reception desk.

Yes, we are happy to provide you with a shuttle service. We would like to ask you to book this service in advance at our reception desk.

We will be happy to take your car keys at the reception desk and take care of parking your vehicle.

Yes, underground parking is available at DasPosthotel. You can reserve a space for a daily fee of 8 euros.

At theDasPosthotel you will find free parking spaces directly in front of the hotel and additional parking within walking distance of 2 minutes.

Is there a doctor or medical care in the area?
In Zell am Ziller you will find three doctors' practices. The nearest practice is just 2 minutes away from DasPosthotel.

Is there a pharmacy in the immediate vicinity of the hotel?
A pharmacy is just 200 meters away.

What should I do if I get sick unexpectedly while on vacation?
Please do not hesitate to contact our reception desk! We are always available and happy to arrange a doctor's appointment for you.

Do you need medical assistance or emergency services?
Please do not hesitate to contact our reception desk at any time. We are always ready to help you, whether it is arranging a doctor's appointment or in case of emergency by contacting the ambulance at 144.

What payment methods are accepted?
Your deposit will be deducted in full from the hotel bill.
Please pay the hotel bill upon arrival or transfer the amount in advance. Within the EU and from the EEA countries (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein), you can make SEPA transfers in euros without any additional charges. You can make transfers from Switzerland to our Swiss account.
We are happy to accept your credit card (Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, V-Pay). -
Until what time is possible to make a cancellation?
The cancellation fees are calculated as follows:
From the reservation confirmation until 31 days before the date of arrival:
30% of the total amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
30 to 8 days before date of arrival: 80 % of the total amount
7 days or fewer before date of arrival or in the case of an early departure: 100 % of the total price.

Is it possible to make a reservation without a credit card guarantee?
You are also welcome to pay your deposit by bank transfer.

Where can I buy a ski pass?
You can easily purchase your SuperSkipass at the reception desk (for 2 or more day) or at the respective valley stations. The valley station of the Zillertal Arena is located in the immediate vicinity of DasPosthotel.

How do I reach the Zillertal Arena ski area?
The Zillertal Arena is just a 2-minute drive (1.3 km) from DasPosthotel and can be easily reached by car as well as by ski bus, which stops directly opposite DasPosthotel. For additional convenience, we are also happy to offer a shuttle service (for a fee).

Is there a ski bus near DasPosthtel? When does it run and where does it stop?
The ski bus stop is located directly in front of DasPosthotel.

Where can I rent skis and ski boots?
As a guest in the ZillerSeasons, you benefit from a 10% discount at Intersport Strasser. Visit the sports shop just opposite DasPosthotel or in the building of the Zillertal Arena. You can also reserve your ski equipment online.

Is it possible to go tobogganing in Zell am Ziller?
Yes, in Hainzenberg, only 9 minutes away by car, you will find the longest floodlit toboggan run in Austria.

Are there are opportunities for cross-country skiing in Zell am Ziller?
Yes, if there is enough snow, access to the cross-country ski trail is only a few minutes away from DasPosthotel.

Is it possible to rent a bike at the hotel?
Yes, you can rent a mountain bike or a city bike free of charge at the hotel.

Is it possible to rent an e-bike on-site?
You have the opportunity to rent e-bikes in various sizes from Intersport Strasser at the valley station of the Zillertal Arena. Alternatively, you can inquire with our partner Green Room in Mayrhofen. The e-bikes will be delivered directly to the hotel. We recommend reserving your desired e-bike in advance.

Is it possible to play golf in the area? Is there a golf course in the Zillertal?
Yes, only 12 kilometers away is the 18-hole Golf Club Zillertal in Uderns. As a ZillerSeasons guest, you can benefit from an attractive discount, which you can take advantage of directly at the golf course. There is also the option of purchasing the Golf Tirol Card.

Is there a planned hiking program or a weekly program with activities?
Yes, our guests at DasPosthotel can enjoy a colorful array of activities every week as part of the weekly and hiking program.

Yes, guided hikes are offered. Our certified mountain hiking guide will take you to your very own "hiking hot spots" and show you unique natural spectacles and viewpoints with a special character!

How long is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served daily from 7:15 to 11:00 am at DasPosthotel. If you need to leave earlier, we offer you the option of receiving a packed lunch. This can be picked up at the reception by 9:00 pm the evening before your departure. In addition, a small late riser's breakfast is available from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Every day from 11:00 am to 5:30 pm, you can choose from our daily menu in the restaurant DieMarie.

The restaurant is open in the evening from 6:00 to 9:00 pm (subject to change). In addition, you have the opportunity to have dinner in our ZillerSeasons restaurants in our sister hotel MalisGarten.
