• Our apartments and rooms are only reserved for the number of persons stipulated in the reservation confirmation!  Subletting is expressly prohibited!  Rooms, apartments, as well as all other facilities and amenities, are reserved for the exclusive use of our registered hotel guests.
• Saunas &  pool (open daily during posted hours), playground, fitness room (as of summer 2010) are also available to our guests free of charge!
• Additional services such as breakfast and dinner must be booked in advance.
• Room and apartment types are booked according to the wishes of our guests. Nevertheless, we do reserve the right, under pressing circumstances, to provide a different room or apartment of equal quality/value.

• Please transfer your deposit within 6 days to the account given.  Your reservation becomes guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit.
• Please note that we DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS!
  We politely request that you pay your bill in cash during your stay, or transfer the full amount to our bank account prior to arrival.  If you live within the EU, there is no charge for bank transfers.  And of course, the amount of your deposit will be deducted from your final hotel bill.

• Check-In: between 3pm and 7pm 
  If you expect to arrive later, please notify us in advance 
• Check-Out: by 10am of departure day
  Hospitality Area: We offer guests the opportunity to change and shower, if they wish to take advantage of their departure day to get in some extra skiing or biking!  In our ski & bike room, you will find a bathroom, towels and shower gel, all of which you are welcome to use.  You can also leave your luggage in our secure ski & bike room prior to check-in and before you are ready to depart. 

• Our reception is open daily from 8am until 10am and from 4pm until 7pm.
• Hours for the swimming pool and sauna facilities are posted at the hotel 
• Massages and beauty services are offered by appointment

• Cancelations are only valid when in writing 
• The deposit will be withheld and applied towards the cancelation fees
• Cancelation fees are calculated as follows:
  From the date of the reservation confirmation until 62 days prior to scheduled arrival:
  Deposit is withheld as a cancelation fee
  61 to 31 days prior to arrival date: 20 % of the total amount for the stay
  30 to 08 days prior to arrival date: 80 % of the total amount for the stay
  07 days or less prior to arrival date, or in the event of premature departure: 100 % of the total amount for the stay
